က်မ္းျမတ္ကုရ္အာန္

အို-သက္၀င္ ယံုၾကည္သူအေပါင္းတို႔၊ အသင္တို႔အနက္ တစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ထံသို႔ ‘မရဏ’ ေသျခင္းတရားသည္ဆိုက္ေရာက္၍ (ထိုသူသည္) "၀ဆြီယသ္"မွာတမ္းစကား ေျပာၾကားေလေသာအခါ၊ အသင္တို႔အနက္မွ တရားမွ်တမႈရွိေသာသူႏွစ္ေယာက္ သက္ေသအျဖစ္ ရွိၾကရေပမည္။ သို႔တည္းမဟုတ္ အသင္တို႔သည္ ေျမျပင္၀ယ္ခရီးထြက္ေနစဥ္ အသင္တို႔၌ ေသေဘးဆိုက္ေရာက္ခဲ့သည္ရွိေသာ္ အကယ္၍ မြတ္စ္လင္မ္မရွိေသာ္ အသင္တို႔မွတစ္ပါး အျခား (သာသနာ၀င္)တို႔အနက္မွ သက္ေသႏွစ္ဦး ရွိၾကရ ေပမည္။ အကယ္၍ အသင္တို႔သည္မွာၾကားျခင္းခံခဲ့ရ ေသာသူတို႔ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ ဒြိဟသံသယမကင္း ျဖစ္ခဲ့ ၾကပါမူ၊ ထို(သက္ေသ) ႏွစ္ေယာက္ကို (ဗလီတြင္း "ဆြလာတ္" ၀တ္ျပဳၿပီးေနာက္ ဆိုင္းငံ့ထားၾကေလကုန္။ ထိုအခါထိုသူတို႔ ႏွစ္ဦးစလံုးတို႔သည္ အလႅာဟ္္အရွင္ျမတ္ကို တိုင္တည္၍ (ဤသို႔) က်ိန္ဆိုၾကရမည္။ "ကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔သည္ (ဤကိစၥ၌မိမိတို႔)ေဆြမ်ဳိးနီးစပ္ ပါ၀င္ေနသည့္တိုင္ေအာင္ ဤသို႔က်ိန္ဆိုျခင္းအားျဖင့္ မည္သည့္ အက်ဳိးေက်းဇူးကိုမွ် ရလိုၾကသည္မဟုတ္ေပ။ ၎ျပင္ ကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔သည္ အလႅာဟ္္အရွင္ျမတ္အမိန္႔ေတာ္အတိုင္း တာ၀န္ရွိေသာ သက္ေသခံျခင္း ကိုလည္းလွ်ိဳ႕၀ွက္ ထိမ္ခ်န္ ထားရွိၾကသည္ မဟုတ္ေခ်။ (အကယ္၍ထိမ္ခ်န္လွ်ိဳ႕၀ွက္ထားရွိခဲ့မူ) ကြၽႏု္ပ္တို႔သည္ ဧကန္စင္စစ္အျပစ္မကင္းေသာ သူတို႔အနက္မွပင္ ျဖစ္ကုန္အံ့သတည္း။" (၅း၁၀၆)

O ye who believe! When death approaches any of you, (take) witnesses among yourselves when making bequests,- two just men of your own (brotherhood) or others from outside if ye are journeying through the earth, and the chance of death befalls you (thus). If ye doubt (their truth), detain them both after prayer, and let them both swear by Allah: "We wish not in this for any worldly gain, even though the (beneficiary) be our near relation: we shall hide not the evidence before Allah: if we do, then behold! the sin be upon us!" (5:106)
